I was just reading the other thread, how someone said that if you see Afro Samurai you should imagine Travis being the main guy, and Ozz was saying that while watching the metal documentary he saw people hanging out of trains in India and he thought of Apu. Now I can't really see anything with that actor that plays Robert The Bruce in Braveheart without imagining that it's Ozz. It ruined any performance that guy might do.

How does Ampecks show up in your real life? Did it change anything you do, does it pop up in your mind when you're doing something out there? Do you ever see something that reminds you of something funny that happened in this place and your friends ask "what's so funny?" and you don't really wanna have to explain "oh it's a private joke in these forums I go to..."

Ampeckers should know how the story ended with the girl from work.

So last week I got those texts from the guy, saying they were back together, for me to leave them alone bla bla... Which I found weird because just the previous night she said she might go to my place after work. Anyway I phoned her friend and she told they hadn't broken up and I got pissed off and decided that was the end of it.

At work she talked with like nothing had happened, meaning the guy texted me without her knowledge. But by the end of her shift she was different. Almost crying, she apologised, I said "it's alright", she said "no, it's not" and then ran away. I agreed. It's not.

Two days later I meet her after work at the bus stop in Charing Cross Road. I was already drunk because I had been drinking JD with Red Bull at work. I said she should've told me and that I didn't need to be in this situation and she just apologised. My bus got there and she asked me to wait. I did. She asked if we were still friends. I shrugged and said "Yeah". Two minutes later the N29 comes. She says it's her bus, she has a party, hugs me and leaves. The N29 goes to Camden. Where the other guy lives. That pissed me off beyond belief and I showed it the only way I do. I smiled. Ten minutes later my bus arrives.

I texted her something that I don't quite remember, but it was basically saying that I was really disappointed by how she acted. She replied said she was sorry for what happened and for disappointing me and that I deserve better. I replied "yeah, well... ok. bye."

I got home at about 2 AM. Opened the wine and proceeded to drink and drink and tell my friends how much I miss them and then I passed out.

Which led me to get late to work the next day*
